Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed and dispatched on the same or next business day upon receipt of payment. If your order is submitted on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
We partner with Australia Post to provide a reliable and timely delivery of our product. We encourage you to use the Australia Post postage and delivery time calculators and standard delivery timetables which provide guidance as to estimated freight times. Infamous Gentleman accepts no responsibility for delays in Australia Post's postage service. We will endeavour to manage this process by recording tracking numbers and can provide these to customers upon request.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are ever dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us to discuss returning the goods to us and arranging for an exchange or refund. Unopened and unused items may be returned at the buyer's expense for a refund within seven days of receiving the item. Please enclose your receipt, the unused and unopened product and send it via registered post. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
We are unable to provide refunds if you change your mind after purchase without reasonable justification, if an item is opened or if the product disagrees with your skin type.
